Do you identify with this? **We are seeking a Machine Operator IV – Wheel Loader to take on challenges at our new second-generation ethanol plant located in the Morro Agudo region – SP.** **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:** * Responsible for operating the wheel loader; * Responsible for completing the equipment’s daily checklist; * Perform daily cleaning of the equipment to maintain its condition and identify potential damage; * Comply with the area’s Standard Operating Procedures. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed elementary education; * Valid driver’s license category C or higher; * Experience operating wheel loaders; * Experience in biomass handling (sugarcane bagasse, wood chips, peanut shells, etc.) is desirable; * Availability to work on a 5X1 shift schedule; * Willingness to reside in the Ribeirão Preto/SP region (Morro Agudo, São Joaquim da Barra, and/or Orlandia). **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STAGES:** Our process comprises three main stages (additional stages may apply, and you will be informed if you progress): * Registration – completion of this form and any additional data, if required. * HR interview – an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership interview – a more technical discussion to further detail day-to-day responsibilities and challenges.
