




**We count on you to** * Structure, coordinate and ensure the inventory and monitoring of Scope 3 CO₂ emissions, including closing data on recycled raw materials, parallel control with the corporate dashboard, and critical tracking of the consistency, correction and evolution of the international dashboard; * Act as a strategic focal point for integrating inventories, targets and planning across HPS and CS BUs, ensuring methodological standardization, data consistency, information governance and alignment with corporate packaging and Scope 3 objectives through 2030; * Develop, implement and deploy the decarbonization and circular economy strategy in collaboration with Logistics, Procurement, R&D and Operations, ensuring prioritization of initiatives with the greatest environmental impact, technical feasibility, cost optimization and potential for regional scale; * Orchestrate and participate in packaging governance, including coordination of monthly committees, active participation in Packaging Champions meetings and coordination of the strategic roadmap for packaging projects 2025–2030; * Participate in technical committees such as ABRE (Brazilian Packaging Association), supporting the rollout of internal projects; * Support regulatory compliance—in coordination with Legal and internal areas—for packaging reverse logistics and carbon markets, ensuring traceability, data consistency and adherence to corporate and legal guidelines; * Lead capacity-building and engagement programs together with the HR team, strengthening sustainability culture through trainings, workshops and technical and institutional content; * Manage, evolve and standardize tools supporting the sustainability agenda, including CO₂ calculators, technical guides, trackers, internal carbon pricing mechanisms and macro-level KPI controls; * Technically analyze, validate and support sustainability projects submitted to corporate programs, ensuring technical coherence, alignment with global strategy, methodological robustness and potential for measurable environmental impact; * Organize, support, present and actively contribute to Sustainability, Circularity and Innovation Committees, providing technical insight, critical data analysis, strategic recommendations and guidance for low-carbon and circular economy initiatives; * Consolidate, prepare and present executive reports, indicators and strategic presentations for leadership, clusters and decision-making forums, clearly and structurally communicating progress, risks, opportunities, impacts and next steps of the sustainability agenda; * Monitor and translate external demands—in coordination with Public Affairs—connecting market, customers, regulations and institutional agenda to internal projects eligible for external communication; * Drive the open innovation agenda in sustainability, identifying, evaluating and engaging partnerships with startups, innovation hubs, universities and external entities to enable pilots, proofs of concept and projects aligned with circular economy and decarbonization. **Is this role right for you?** * Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Biological Sciences or related fields; * Specialization or postgraduate degree in Sustainability, Circular Economy or Environmental Management is considered a plus; * Experience in project management; * Advanced English proficiency is mandatory; * Spanish proficiency is considered a plus.
