Job Summary: Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of printers and notebooks, fault diagnosis, component replacement, equipment installation and configuration, and technical support. On-site and remote technical support to customers Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on printers and notebooks; diagnose faults and propose technical solutions; replace electronic parts and components; install and configure equipment; provide technical assistance at the bench and/or externally; open and close service orders; provide customer technical support (on-site and remote); perform functionality tests and ensure service quality; organize and manage tools and parts.
