Job Summary: Supervise production teams, ensure achievement of targets and quality standards, monitor KPIs, and propose improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Technical Knowledge * Production planning and control (PPC); * Performance indicators (KPIs): productivity, efficiency, scrap, rework; * Familiarity with: * Lean Manufacturing / 5S / Kaizen; * Quality (ISO standards, best practices, standardization); * Occupational safety; * Intermediate computer skills (Excel, ERP systems).
