The professional will be responsible for ensuring engineering project efficiency. With infrastructure prepared to support and encourage our teams, the Company reinforces its commitment to this transformation journey. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct topographic, planimetric, and altimetric surveys of urban and rural land. * Perform area and property boundary measurements to support land regularization processes. * Assist in preparing georeferenced maps, sketches, and plans based on field data. * Operate surveying equipment (total station, GPS, optical level, etc.) and specialized software. * Support technical characterization of properties for registration, documentation, and notarial recording purposes. * Provide technical data for preparing descriptive memoranda and system registrations such as SIGEF (INCRA). * Carry out field demarcations according to engineering projects and standards. * Monitor and support technical inspections and surveying services performed by third parties. * Ensure survey compliance with land legislation and public agency guidelines (INCRA, municipal governments, notary offices).
