FCamara is seeking a professional to work with **ServiceNow** for one of our Retail sector clients. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and automate business processes and services on the ServiceNow platform; * Develop applications using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript / Angular JS, and other languages; * Apply Agile methodologies in daily development activities. * Possess knowledge of ITSM and App Engine modules. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience with the ServiceNow ITSM module (mandatory) * Experience in ITSM module implementation projects and system integrations * Certification: CSA (mandatory) * Knowledge of Agile methodology. **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Knowledge of ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules * Certification in the ITSM module (optional) * Experience with Portals and front-end frameworks such as React or Angular **Additional Information** * The consultant will support analysis of demand versus solution capabilities * Strategic guidance and solution design **Here, we are \#SangueLaranja!** We have been in the market for 17 years, working side by side with our clients to deliver transformative experiences.
