This professional will play a fundamental role in evolving solutions that support high-performance integrations and operations. **FOR:** * Developing and maintaining C/C\+\+ systems focused on OMS and Risk; * Implementing and executing tests for developed solutions, ensuring quality and stability; * Working on both new features and bug fixes; * Providing support to other teams, facilitating system integration. **REQUIREMENTS WE EXPECT FROM YOU** * **MANDATORY: Proven experience in brokerage firms, asset management companies, or investment fintechs;** * Experience developing low-latency systems; * Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP); * Experience with C\+\+; * Experience with critical sessions (Multi-threading, Semaphores); * Knowledge of SQL and databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL). **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience with communication protocols (FIX, Sockets, Asio/Boost); * Knowledge of code versioning (Subversion or Git); * Experience with low-latency platforms (backend); * Experience with agile development methodologies; * Familiarity with Visual Studio IDE and CMake; * Knowledge of Linux (preferably CentOS); * Understanding of design patterns and architecture; * Experience with linking and compiling C\+\+ projects/libraries; * Financial market knowledge is desirable; * Knowledge of Redis. **BENEFITS FOR YOU (PJ/Cooperative)** * 15 paid days off after one year of contract; * Birthday day off.
