Customer and partner carrier support The Logistics Assistant is responsible for monitoring shipments, tracking deliveries, and resolving transportation-related issues. Daily responsibilities include supporting customers and partner carriers by clarifying doubts, opening service tickets based on tracking information received, resolving transportation operational issues, updating our marketplaces and performance indicators. **Prerequisites:** Completed high school education; Strong oral and written communication skills; Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office suite; Ability to read, write, and interpret texts effectively; Fast and accurate typing skills; **Preferred Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Administration; Advanced Excel knowledge; Prior experience in logistics processes; **Responsibilities:** Contact customers to confirm delivery details; Monitor and track order deliveries according to scheduled deadlines, contacting carriers whenever necessary; Issue return and reshipment invoices; Record delivery confirmations as well as order cancellations, based on feedback from carriers and customers; Monitor delivery performance indicators via system;
