After all, it's 100% Brazilian and made by people who truly believe in the words of its founder: ***"Hard work conquers all!"***. **Responsibilities and duties** * Work at sales points, performing restocking, organization, cleaning of shelves, and placement of Ypê products in strategic locations, aiming to boost sales. * Approach consumers to increase direct sales and spread knowledge about Ypê products, providing technical information and answering their questions. * Execute campaigns, ensuring customer understanding and engagement through activation of POS materials (merchandising materials) and creative displays at additional endcaps, according to company strategy. * Promote practical actions to enhance the company’s reputation (its values and brand), spreading best execution practices and strengthening customer relationships to ensure successful negotiations. * Restock products, prioritizing items with higher stockout rates, following the Execution Guide instructions, and price them accordingly. * Conduct cross-merchandising activations, displaying products according to consumption occasions. * Monitor sales points, conducting daily mobile execution surveys, and reporting to the immediate supervisor competitors’ activities, new launches, POS materials, campaigns, among others, gathering data to support company decision-making. **Requirements and qualifications** * High school diploma completed; * Previous experience as a sales promoter in the consumer goods sector is desirable. **Worth mentioning:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. **Additional information** **See what we offer:** * Monthly product basket. * Medical and dental insurance plans. * Cuidar Program: focused on health care and social assistance for you and your family. * Food allowance. * Profit Sharing Plan (PPR). * Payroll-deducted loan. * Study scholarship. * Life insurance with coverage up to 24 salaries. * Gym benefit (Wellhub).
