Job Summary: Responsible for heat pressing designs onto t-shirts, adjusting equipment settings, and ensuring high-quality finishing, while supporting the overall production flow with accountability and attention to detail. Support the overall production flow **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate thermal heat press machines to apply designs onto t-shirts * Adjust temperature, time, and pressure according to material type * Verify orders prior to production * Ensure high-quality finishing of garments * Maintain an organized workplace * Support the overall production flow **Requirements:** * Experience with thermal heat press machines or textile production (a significant advantage) * Attention to detail and quality standards * Agility and daily productivity * Commitment to schedules and targets Simple work, yet requiring responsibility and attention Immediate start Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$1\.800,00 \- R$2\.200,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
