Assist the construction foreman in leading the construction team and all operations, ensuring synergy between operations and coordination during daily activities, with quality, aiming to achieve set goals and effective communication. Ensures construction execution in accordance with the project through verification of operational activities performed by direct employees or third-party contractors, as well as through control, organization, and proper placement of materials at their designated locations, as previously established. Promotes achievement of production targets set by the Production Coordinator, guaranteeing quality and adherence to operational execution timelines for projects, while also contributing to implementation of occupational safety measures. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Verify completed work to ensure compliance with operational procedures. * Guide the operational team using project documents and operational procedures to guarantee service quality. * Supervise and monitor activity progress to ensure alignment with the schedule. * Monitor activity execution and review potential discrepancies to ensure correct implementation. * Perform other related duties as requested by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Solid knowledge of structural masonry construction is required. * Proficiency in mathematical calculations. * Must reside in Franca, SP, or the metropolitan region. * Experience in MCMV (Minha Casa Minha Vida) housing program construction is desirable. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in this role or related functions.
