Senior Quality Analyst (QMS)

Job Summary: A professional to implement and maintain quality standards, manage the QMS, conduct audits and training, and support operational and support departments. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 2. Full management of the Quality Management System (QMS) 3. Focus on audits, training, and continuous improvement **KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:** ➢ Knowledge for application and maintenance of ISO 9001 standard and support for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards\). ➢ Quality tools, internal and external audits, performance indicators (KPIs), nonconformance management, training, and QMS documentation development. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** ➢ Provide necessary support to operational and support departments (internal and external); ➢ Implement integration; ➢ Report activity status; ➢ Interpret requirements of standards applicable to the QMS; ➢ Develop, schedule, and deliver QMS-related or similar training; ➢ Control and manage QMS documents and records; ➢ Support other departments in maintaining the QMS; ➢ Develop or revise procedures, documents, forms, etc.; ➢ Develop process flowcharts for the Quality Management System; ➢ Develop supporting materials, such as handbooks, brochures, posters, to optimize training and promote company-developed programs; ➢ Develop and update Quality Management System reports; ➢ Develop and monitor Quality Management System indicators; ➢ Apply quality tools within processes; ➢ Conduct audits defined by the Quality Management System and related activities; ➢ Prepare audit reports and necessary action plans; ➢ Control corrective actions, preventive actions, and improvements, measuring their effectiveness; ➢ Manage and handle customer complaints; ➢ Implement the QMS in new nationwide projects when required; ➢ Monitor external audits conducted by other companies, including customers; ➢ Generate information and locate documents for internal and external audits; ➢ Support customers across all QMS-related processes; ➢ Conduct Housekeeping audits; ➢ Maintain a clean and safe workplace (5S and/or Housekeeping); ➢ Comply with Occupational Health and Safety regulations, Quality Management System standards, and Human Resources policies.Employee Name: Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$4\.200,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Life insurance * Meal voucher
