Job Summary: Grupo Bertolini is seeking a professional to plan and implement projects, develop technical specifications, perform product registration routines, and provide engineering technical support. Then join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and implement projects and initiatives aligned with business objectives and goals, including low-complexity projects and product/process procedures involving minor adaptations to standardized structures, under technical guidance and/or supervision. * Develop technical specifications for manufacturing and assembly projects (low-complexity projects) to optimize resources and generate positive outcomes for both the company and its customers. * Perform product registration routines in the company's ERP system, ensuring information compliance according to existing procedures and/or standards. * Specify components for budget preparation, based on predefined tables and information. * Assemble and test products/components according to established standards. * Participate in product creation and improvement processes, commensurate with assigned complexity level. * Provide technical support and liaise with other departments, disseminating information regarding engineering products and procedures, commensurate with assigned complexity level. * Ensure availability and accuracy of information contained in engineering manuals and technical drawings. * Comply with company policies, quality standards, and occupational safety regulations. * Perform additional tasks of similar nature and complexity as those established for the position, respecting scope of responsibility, as required by the department and/or immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Incomplete undergraduate degree in Engineering. * Experience with technical drawings. **Additional Information** Profit Sharing Program (PPR); Health insurance; Comprehensive dental plan; On-site dental and outpatient care; Meals (internal cafeteria offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner); Transportation allowance; Comprehensive life insurance; Birthday gift; Christmas basket; 15-minute daily reduced working hours; Various partnerships (nutritional and psychological services, as well as medical clinics, educational institutions, and others); Infrastructure (parking, mini-market, kiosk, soccer fields, beach volleyball court); Purchase of company products at special pricing.
