Description

Safely transport cargo and products on time and in accordance with traffic regulations and company guidelines, ensuring vehicle maintenance and cargo integrity. KEY ACTIVITIES * Safely and punctually transport, deliver, and collect cargo; * Operate vehicles according to assigned routes and deadlines; complete tachograph records, driver logs, and checklists (vehicle checklist via video/audio); * Daily inspection of fuel, oil, tires, and brakes; report any issues to supervision; * Assist in managing fiscal documents and delivery confirmations; * Comply with safety regulations and use personal protective equipment (PPE); * Follow internal procedures (macros/activity logging) and instructions from the GR. MAIN PERFORMANCE INDICATORS On-time deliveries (punctuality in pickups and deliveries); Accident rate; Damage rate; Personal appearance (grooming, cleanliness, ID badge, and uniform); Fuel consumption; Personal documentation; Punctuality/Attendance; Cargo delivery rate (% of deliveries completed); Vehicle maintenance. * **REQUIREMENTS** NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS * Completed elementary education; * Proficient reading and writing skills; * Class E driver's license (CNH E); * Relevant work experience and availability for travel; * Basic knowledge of diesel mechanics; * Familiarity with route planning and risk management; * Good personal presentation and hygiene; * Use of PPE when required.
