Here, you will be responsible for designing impactful digital solutions that strategically and innovatively connect brands and people. **Your responsibilities include:** * Creating and developing responsive, user-centered digital interfaces for websites, landing pages, and digital platforms. * Designing wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma or Adobe XD. * Ensuring designs comply with best practices in UX/UI and web accessibility. * Collaborating with developers to implement designs and resolve technical challenges. * Optimizing layouts to ensure usability and conversions across mobile and desktop devices. * Conducting user research and usability testing to continuously improve projects. * Creating customized, consistent designs aligned with each brand’s visual identity. * Partnering with marketing and content teams to build engaging, high-converting pages. * Applying basic SEO practices to maximize organic visibility of web projects. **Requirements:** **What we expect from you:** * Proven experience as a Web Designer or in similar roles. * Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator. * Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles. * Familiarity with UX/UI best practices and user-centered design. * Ability to create modern, functional, and aesthetically appealing layouts. * Strong teamwork and clear communication skills for conveying ideas. * Organizational skills and attention to detail throughout all stages of the creative process. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Knowledge of web animations using Lottie or animated SVG. * Experience with WordPress or website builders such as Elementor and Webflow. * Familiarity with accessible design (WCAG) to include users with disabilities. * Basic video editing skills to integrate multimedia content. * Experience in projects involving marketing automation or CRM integration.
