If you enjoy transforming complexity into simplicity and believe great design can directly impact user experience, this opportunity is for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** Design interfaces and visual experiences that balance aesthetics and functionality, always prioritizing clarity, consistency, and usability; Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to propose solutions aligned with business goals and user needs; Participate in visual research, benchmarking analyses, and studies of design best practices to inform design decisions; Support the evolution and maintenance of the design system, ensuring visual consistency and alignment with brand identity; Engage across all stages of the design process—from initial exploration through final delivery—including prototyping and usability testing; Translate user and stakeholder feedback into visual and functional improvements; Contribute a critical, collaborative mindset to enhance the team’s delivery quality. **Requirements and Qualifications** Solid experience in UI and visual design, with a portfolio demonstrating attention to detail, aesthetic sensibility, and user experience awareness; 4–6 years of professional experience in design; Proficiency in tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.); Strong understanding of typography, color usage, visual hierarchy, grids, and composition; Ability to solve design problems creatively and with structured thinking; Aptitude for collaborative work in agile, cross-functional environments.
