Description

**Responsibilities:** * Lead and develop the logistics team, conducting training, providing feedback, and monitoring performance; * Plan and supervise receiving, storage, shipping, and transportation operations; * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure productivity, quality, and on-time delivery; * Manage inventory, warehouse layout, and product flow to ensure organization and traceability; * Control operational costs and budget, and pursue continuous improvements to optimize processes; * Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and best practice standards. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
