Job Summary: A professional responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining internet services, ensuring signal quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Internet and equipment installation and configuration 2. Corrective and preventive network maintenance 3. Technical support and customer guidance * Install internet services, including equipment such as routers and ONUs, according to the customer's contracted plan. * Configure devices and networks to ensure signal quality and proper service functionality. * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on internet networks and equipment. * Identify and resolve technical issues related to internet connectivity and equipment operation. * Ensure site organization and cleanliness after installation or maintenance. * Guide customers on proper equipment usage and clarify basic technical questions. * Meet scheduled deadlines for installations and service calls. * Conduct tests to verify service quality after installation or maintenance. * The company provides all necessary tools, PPE, and vehicles for the job. * Valid driver's licenses categories A and B required.
