Job Summary: The Senior Network Construction Supervisor coordinates and supervises infrastructure network construction and maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and safety requirements, while guiding the team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervises the execution of optical cable laying and duct clearance. 2. Ensures compliance with project deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations. 3. Guides and trains the team to ensure smooth progress of activities. The Senior Network Construction Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising infrastructure network construction and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and safety requirements. He/she serves as the liaison between field teams and management, guaranteeing proper project execution. Additionally, he/she is responsible for guiding and training the team to ensure smooth progress of activities. * Supervise underground optical cable laying in ducts and aerial cable installation; * Supervise duct clearance and guidance, when necessary; * Supervise activities related to installation and/or removal of wooden, iron, or concrete poles; * Carry out these activities focusing on deadlines agreed upon in the specific project schedule, and with required quality and standards; * Guide and ensure that occupational safety and health regulations are followed by the team under supervision; * Update daily construction and field production systems. * Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
