Carry out localized repairs in areas subject to wear or corrosion. **DESCRIPTION:** Perform industrial painting to ensure anticorrosive protection and finish in accordance with technical and safety standards. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Prepare metallic and non-metallic surfaces for painting (mechanical cleaning, blasting, sanding). · Apply complete painting systems—from preparation to finishing—on industrial structures and equipment. · Carry out localized repairs in areas subject to wear, corrosion, or damage. · Use high-productivity methods and technologies, such as airless painting and specialized mechanical preparation. · Comply with Petrobras standards (N-0002, N-0013, N-0009) and international standards (SSPC, ISO, NACE). · Prepare painting reports documenting the applied system, paints used, suppliers, and service photographs. · Ensure proper use of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE) during high-risk and elevated-height activities. · Perform rope-access painting services (industrial climbing), when certified. · Support quality inspections and correct identified non-conformities. · Perform assigned duties with awareness of and commitment to continuous process improvement and implementation of all procedures related to Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.800,00 – R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
