We are seeking a talent for the position of ***RD Maintenance Executive.*** **Responsibilities and Duties** **In this role, you will work at the Equatorial Goiás unit.** Review some of the challenges you’ll face daily: * Planning and coordinating preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for networks and equipment, while monitoring schedules to ensure deadlines and compliance with technical and safety standards; * Managing the department’s budget and ensuring proper allocation and utilization of capital expenditures (CAPEX); * Responsible for individual and team development, ensuring technical and behavioral growth, and guiding the team in alignment with the organization’s values, processes, and policies; * Monitoring performance indicators (e.g., interruptions and failures) and preparing technical and managerial reports for senior management, highlighting results and departmental performance. **Requirements and Qualifications** **For this opportunity, we expect the following from you:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; * Proven experience in maintenance and/or operation of medium- and low-voltage electrical networks, preferably in leadership roles, including fieldwork experience and technical team management; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, or similar tools; * Experience with maintenance procedures and failure analysis in electrical systems; * NR-10 and NR-35 certifications; * Project management experience; Systemic vision, organization, and planning. * **Additional Information** Why apply: By joining Grupo Equatorial, you become part of an expanding company with a culture that values continuous development, talent diversity, and commitment to the future.
