Job Summary: Responsible for inventory control and replenishment, order tracking, and developing interpersonal relationships with various departments. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory control and replenishment 2. Order tracking and interpersonal relationship management 3. Material organization and handling Perform material inventory control, inventory replenishment, order fulfillment follow-up, and foster strong interpersonal relationships with various departments, while recording and managing inventory inflows and outflows. * Order dispatch, exchange letters, and technical report submission * Order picking and verification * Warehouse organization and cleaning * Customer returns/exchanges process and verification of collected items * Maintain up-to-date technical reports * Digitize purchase invoices and update relevant indicators * Temperature monitoring * Receipt and inspection of purchased goods, including damage assessment and segregation * Store received products in pre\-designated warehouse locations * Disposal of expired/damaged products * Quarantine management and issuance of loss/expiry invoices * Assist drivers with deliveries * Support inventory counting during stocktaking.
