Job Summary: Responsible for quotations, supplier evaluation and qualification, issuance and follow-up of purchase orders, and negotiation for competitive terms. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic negotiation with suppliers for competitive pricing and terms. 2. Development and maintenance of strong relationships with key suppliers. 3. Risk analysis for the procurement team and compliance with policies. Conduct detailed quotations and price comparisons; assist in supplier sourcing and evaluation; maintain updated supplier records and qualification processes; issue purchase orders and monitor deliveries; track deadlines and simple contracts; escalate complex situations to the manager; contribute to procurement team risk reports and analyses; negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and terms; review and process purchase requisitions, converting them into purchase orders; ensure technical specifications are updated with suppliers; guarantee compliance with company procurement policies and regulations; develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers; conduct in-person purchases when necessary.
