Provide technical leadership, train, and guide team members **FLEXO APPLICATION** **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** Operate high-complexity, multi-color flexographic printing machines; Perform complete printing setup (cliché, anilox, ink, and substrate changes); adjust and optimize printing parameters (pressure, registration, viscosity, drying, tension); ensure color fidelity per approved standard (color proof); diagnose and correct complex printing defects (dot gain, trapping, color variation, misregistration); Reduce setup time (SMED) and increase production efficiency; Control waste and raw material consumption; accurately interpret production orders and technical sheets; provide technical leadership to assistants and Flexographic Printers B; train and guide less experienced team members; Perform fine adjustments during production to maintain quality standards; conduct basic autonomous maintenance and support preventive maintenance; complete technical reports and production records; Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and good practice standards; perform machine and area cleaning and maintenance; comply with safety, quality, and good practice standards. **BENEFITS:** BASE SALARY: R$3.209,79 HAZARDOUS WORK ALLOWANCE: R$405,25 ATTENDANCE BONUS: 5% TARGET-BASED BONUS LUNCH AND SNACK PROVIDED AT COMPANY **WORK HOURS** Monday to Thursday (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM) and Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Contract Compensation: R$3.209,79 – R$3.775,52 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Flexographic printer (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
