Job Summary: Analyst responsible for the technical validation and evaluation of road infrastructure projects, focusing on traffic and geotechnics, ensuring compliance with technical standards. Compliance with technical standards (GOINFRA, DNIT, ABNT) **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. * Experience in road infrastructure projects, with involvement in at least one of the following areas: * Traffic studies (traffic counts, projections, capacity analysis, and level of service); * Geotechnical design applied to road works (site investigations, foundations, slope stability, and retaining structures). * Familiarity with applicable technical standards, especially GOINFRA, DNIT, and ABNT. * Experience with technical software and analytical tools, including calculation spreadsheets. * Analytical mindset, critical thinking, and attention to detail for technical project evaluation. * Prior experience in engineering consulting firms, project companies, or public infrastructure agencies is desirable. * Willingness to conduct site visits when necessary. **Responsibilities** * Analyze and validate road projects submitted to GEVAP, with technical focus on traffic and geotechnics. * Evaluate compliance of studies and projects with current standards and institutional guidelines. * Issue technical opinions on Project Revision during Construction (RPFO). * Review calculation memoranda, technical reports, quantity take-offs, and specifications. * Contribute to critical analysis of technical solutions proposed by designers and contractors. * Participate in technical meetings for alignment and clarification of project issues. * Conduct field visits when necessary to support technical evaluations. * Ensure validations are performed with technical quality and within established deadlines.
