Job Summary: Professional responsible for technical analysis and investigation of incidents, adjustment of detection rules, updating the knowledge base, and handling technical security support requests. Supporting senior analysts in War Rooms Human Resources Consulting is seeking a Junior Systems Analyst in Goiânia. **Responsibilities:** Analyze incidents escalated by Tier 1, performing in-depth technical investigations to confirm threats or dismiss complex false positives. Perform basic adjustments and create exceptions for detection rules in the SIEM. Keep the knowledge base (KB) updated with new attack scenarios and procedures. Handle medium-complexity technical support requests, providing evidence and guidance to clients. Support senior analysts in War Rooms by collecting logs, evidence, and performing operational actions. Accurately record time spent on support tasks and projects (Timesheet). Conduct critical analysis of security alerts, proposing improvements and supporting client presentations. Previous experience as a Junior Developer, Junior Programmer, IT Analyst, or Systems Assistant may indicate affinity with some of the activities in this position.
