**Salary Offer**
Probation Period (4 months) \- R$ 2\.500,00
After Probation Period \- R$ 3\.300,00

**Working Hours**
Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM (1:30 lunch break)
Alternate Saturdays: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
**Responsibilities and Activities**
Operations Management: Supervise goods receipt by verifying invoices against physical items, ensuring accurate system entry and proper item location assignment.
Inventory Control: Conduct cyclic and full inventories to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
* Organization and Layout: Arrange the warehouse by ABC curves (fast-moving items placed closer), product groups/automakers, type, and appropriate location for maximum efficiency.
* Team Leadership: Train, guide, and evaluate performance of warehouse operators and inspectors; assign tasks and define goals.
* Reverse Logistics: Manage parts returns (warranty claims, damaged items, or exchanges), ensuring proper processing and communication with suppliers.
* Safety and 5S: Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness (5S principles), and ensure team members use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Experience: Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in the automotive sector or auto parts distribution.
* Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in inventory management systems (experience with automotive parts-specific systems is a plus) and intermediate Excel skills.
* Education: **Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields (currently pursuing acceptable).**
* Skills: Analytical mindset, strong organizational ability, attention to detail (to prevent part mix-ups), effective communication, and leadership capability.
