The Logistics Assistant is responsible for supporting the company's logistics operations, ensuring efficiency in the flow of materials and products. This role covers various logistics areas, including receiving, storage, order picking, and shipment, ensuring processes are carried out in an organized manner and within established deadlines. Key Responsibilities: * **Receiving Goods:** Receive products and materials and verify invoices; * **Storage:** Organize product storage in inventory, ensuring proper location assignment; * **Order Picking:** Assist in order picking and preparation; * **Shipment:** Prepare products for shipment by packaging them appropriately and organizing them by carrier; * **Inventory Control:** Maintain up-to-date inventory records, perform periodic counts, and report discrepancies to supervision; * **Workplace Cleanliness Maintenance:** Ensure the workplace and inventory areas remain clean and organized, adhering to safety and hygiene standards; * **Inventory Assistance:** Actively participate in inventory counts and assist in organization to ensure data accuracy; * **Team Support:** Provide daily operational support to the logistics team.
