Key responsibilities: * Ensure the smooth operation and organization of the automotive detailing business; * Lead, supervise, and develop the technical team; * Oversee services performed, ensuring quality and on-time delivery; * Establish operational processes and routines for the unit; * Monitor productivity, goals, and operational results; * Support hiring and development of new employees; * Ensure excellence in customer service and experience; * Collaborate with the owner on the company’s strategic growth; * Support commercial initiatives and unit promotion strategies. Requirements: * Experience in the automotive detailing segment; * Experience leading and managing operational teams; * Proactive, organized, and hands-on profile; * Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability; * Results-oriented with focus on delivery quality; * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B). Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM Compensation and benefits: Base salary to be negotiated Monthly performance bonus based on unit results Meal allowance: R$430.00 Transportation allowance or mobility assistance About the company: Martinez Estética Automotiva is expanding and seeking committed professionals eager to build, grow, and be part of a dynamic and developing environment.
