Description

* Receive and provide service and support to the company's customers and bereaved families in the Funeral Homes, providing information, conducting triage and pre\-registration, scheduling, and assisting in organizing and executing funeral ceremonies. * Perform solemn acts, support funeral attendants, and carry out kitchen routines. * Manage cash and funds, verify documents, receive and forward correspondence, and report non-routine incidents. * Ensure the maintenance of facilities and equipment, acting in accordance with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards.
