Technical Requirements: Completed or ongoing technical or undergraduate degree in Administration or related fields. Previous experience in reception or customer service; Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office); Strong verbal and written communication skills; Proactivity, organizational ability, and courtesy. Skills: Excellent customer service; Ability to work effectively in a team; Strong interpersonal relationship skills; Ability to handle diverse situations calmly and efficiently. Desirable but Not Mandatory: Experience in reception or administrative roles; Knowledge of telephone systems and appointment scheduling software.
