We are looking for someone proactive, communicative, organized, and team-oriented to join our People and Culture team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage termination processes: receive requests via ticketing system; generate notices; forward to respective units; track return of signed documentation and data required for calculations; input data into the system; verify amounts; generate termination agreements, access keys, payroll statements, payment slips, unemployment insurance documents; send all documents to Finance for proper settlement; and direct final documents to units for signature collection and reconciliation—ensuring compliance with labor regulations as needed. * Report terminations and vacations to eSocial, entering relevant employee data and generated amounts to ensure procedural compliance whenever necessary. * Manage vacation processes: receive requests via email or ticketing system; schedule in the system within the appropriate timeframe; generate vacation notices and receipts; verify amounts; notify Finance for payment processing; and send documents to requesters for signature collection—ensuring legal compliance as needed. * Process payroll: receive payroll input spreadsheets from units; enter data into the system; verify earnings and deductions; forward payroll reports to units for verification; monitor feedback; generate payment slips; and submit documentation to Finance for timely salary and tax settlements on a monthly basis. * Request/manage benefits (health plan, dental plan, life insurance, transportation allowance, meal allowance) by accessing operators’ websites; perform enrollments, cancellations, and adjustments per internal policies regarding values and deductions; and forward information to Finance for payment—ensuring accurate benefit availability whenever necessary.
