Therefore, we must grow every day and, consequently, bring even more people onto our team. **WE INVITE YOU TO JOIN FGR**, a company specializing in residential horizontal condominiums, established in the real estate market by guaranteeing and delivering the highest quality of life in its Gardens. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or related fields; * Familiarity with operating systems (Windows and Linux, Android, Networks, Antivirus, Office 365\); * Basic knowledge of hardware maintenance, application installation, and printer setup. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Administer structured networks (UTP and optical cabling), LAN networks (wired and wireless); * Provide end-user technical support, and install desktops, notebooks, applications, and printers; * Handle technical support tickets via GLPI; * Guide users on the need to open support tickets; * Back up user documents when formatting a notebook or desktop is required; * Create and configure network and e\-mail accounts for employees; * Generate responsibility agreements for delivery or return of IT equipment.
