Organize construction sites by cleaning the area and compacting the soil. Perform basic maintenance, including cleaning machines and tools, inspecting equipment conditions, and repairing possible mechanical failures. Carry out excavations and prepare concrete mixtures and other materials. Previous experience as a Construction Laborer, Construction Assistant, Mason's Helper, or General Helper may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
