Job Summary: The Fleet Analyst will join SuperFrio's Transportation team, overseeing procurement processes, expenses and costs, as well as analyzing mileage reports, fuel consumption, and tire control. We are seeking a Fleet Analyst to join our Transportation team. Responsibilities: * Manage purchase request and expense/cost invoice (NF) processes for the National Fleet in Protheus. * Develop spreadsheets to track expenses and costs incurred, including vehicle maintenance for the fleet. * Monitor truck mileage reports, identifying potential errors that could impact fleet maintenance allocations. * Analyze average fuel consumption reports, identifying possible inconsistencies. * Maintain tire control (lifespan and kilometers traveled). * Prepare PowerPoint presentations demonstrating expense tracking and control entries. Requirements: * Completed High School education; * Advanced Excel skills; * Proficiency in report preparation; * Experience in tire management (preferred); * Prior experience in this role.
