We have an opening for you to become a Business Banking Specialist (B1\), where you will be hired as a Specialist—the primary subject-matter expert in your area. **Key Responsibilities** * Serve Select customers at the beginning of their journey, ensuring a premium digital experience focused on convenience, efficiency, and human proximity in a remote environment. * Serve and engage customers 100% digitally (chat/video/app); + Update customers in the Select portfolio, presenting segment benefits and differentiators; + Conduct consultative sales of low-complexity credit, investment, and insurance products; + Collect and update data; + Maintain familiarity with digital solutions focused on the Santander ecosystem; + Resolve requests remotely * **Behavioral and Technical Competencies** • Advanced knowledge of customer experience; + Experience in sales and proficiency in using digital tools. **Education/Certifications** • CPA 10 (mandatory); + Applicable experience in remote customer service; + Proficiency in digital service channels, customer journey, and financial products.
