Driven by the core values of Security, Innovation, Excellence, and Ethics, we seek professionals committed to building safer, more humane, and efficient environments. **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are looking for an Occupational Safety Technician to strategically promote the health, safety, and well-being of New Line employees, ensuring legal compliance and reinforcing a prevention-oriented culture across our operations. The professional will oversee operational routines, conduct inspections, deliver training, and implement preventive actions—supporting administrative, operational, and technical teams within a dynamic, technological, and continuously growing environment. If you possess strong analytical skills, proactivity, and passion for developing safer and more organized workplaces, this opportunity may be ideal for you. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Conduct safety inspections at company units, technical bases, and operational sites; * Identify occupational hazards and propose preventive and corrective actions; * Ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs) and internal Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies; * Deliver safety training sessions, Daily Safety Talks (DDS), and safety onboarding for employees and third parties; * Investigate accidents and incidents, preparing reports and action plans; * Manage issuance, usage, and validity of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); * Support preparation and management of mandatory legal documents such as Risk Assessment Program (PGR), Occupational Health Program (PCMSO), Preliminary Risk Analysis (APR), Technical Report on Working Conditions (LTCAT), and Accident Communication Form (CAT); * Monitor critical activities related to NRs, especially NR-10 (Electrical Safety), NR-18 (Construction Industry Safety), and NR-35 (Work at Heights); * Track safety indicators and support internal audits and regulatory inspections; * Collaborate with operational leaders, HR, and managers to reinforce safety culture; * Contribute to awareness campaigns and occupational health and safety programs. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety with active registration; * Prior experience in Occupational Safety; * Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs), especially NR-01, NR-06, NR-10, NR-18, and NR-35; * Experience conducting inspections, delivering training, and managing OHS documentation; * Proficiency in report writing and indicator tracking; * Organized, analytical profile with strong interpersonal communication skills; * Ability to collaborate effectively with operational teams and manage multiple priorities; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Experience in technology, asset security, facilities management, or external operations is a plus. **BENEFITS** Meal allowance: BRL 20.00/day Free transit pass (8 trips per day) or fuel allowance: BRL 180.00/month Health and dental insurance Life insurance Birthday day off Newborn baby kit for employees’ children Gympass Pass Support Tuition assistance program Twygo platform offering free courses and certificates Performance-based bonus Career development plan **If you seek professional growth and wish to join a company that unites technology, innovation, and human care to protect people and assets across Brazil, join New Line.**
