Responsibilities and Duties About this position: Receive patients and visitors at facilities; Follow the assigned workstation coverage schedule; Open patient registration files, verifying health insurance and insurer authorizations, requested preparations, medications used, and result delivery methods; Support and assist with triage by directing patients appropriately; Issue receipts and collect payments, when required; Schedule specific exams at the facility; Register outpatient patients in the system. To transform healthcare, you must have: Completed high school education; Basic computer skills; Customer service experience in healthcare — preferred.
