Therefore, we must grow every day and, in doing so, bring even more people onto our team. **WE INVITE YOU TO JOIN FGR**, a company specializing in residential horizontal condominiums, established in the real estate market by guaranteeing and delivering the highest quality of life in its Gardens. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor's degree program in Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development (ADS), or related fields; * Advanced experience with operating systems (Windows Server and Linux Server, Microsoft 365, Endpoints and Firewalls, Networks, Switches, and Wireless); * Familiarity with IT infrastructure security and network monitoring and analysis tools. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Experience in data center administration and IT infrastructure, log monitoring and analysis tools, Cloud Computing, firewalls and endpoints, and monitoring, observability, and log analysis services. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Administer operating systems (Windows Server and Linux Server, Microsoft 365, Endpoints and Firewalls, Networks, Switches, and Wireless); * Manage Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) in Cloud Computing; * Monitor alerts from the monitoring environment and implement improvements; * Monitor and analyze security records (alerts) and access logs; * Collaborate with the infrastructure and systems development teams; * Conduct initial incident analysis and documentation; * Perform scheduled routine maintenance and tasks during working hours; * Apply security patches to systems and servers in both cloud and on-premises environments; * Open support tickets with our technology vendors whenever necessary.
