Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Receptionist to provide customer service, manage suites, handle orders, check-outs, and inventory in Goiânia. Key Highlights: 1. Rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night) We are part of the Recruitment and Selection team at Rede Drops, the largest motel chain in Brazil, with units across 8 states. We currently have an opening for a Receptionist at our Drops Goiânia unit. If you are a dedicated and proactive individual, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for! Responsibilities: Customer service via telephone and intercom. Suite cleaning control, key release, and kitchen order coordination. Check-out control, billing, and cash register operations. Inventory management and goods receipt. Requirements: Experience in customer service or reception (preferred). Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with management systems (a plus). Financial control and cash handling skills (preferred). Availability for rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night). Commitment to punctuality and service quality. We Offer: Base salary: R$ 1518 | R$ 1700 after 3 months + 15% attendance bonus Food basket Transportation allowance or Fuel assistance: Aparecida and R$ 180 Goiânia | 44h: R$ 250 Aparecida and R$ 300 Goiânia * For your well-being, we offer life insurance with comprehensive coverage for you and your family. Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off (one weekly day off plus one Sunday off per month). Working hours: 7 hours and 20 minutes daily; shift timing to be agreed upon with the manager. * Loyalty and Bonus Program: Tenure-based loyalty bonus: 25% of monthly salary in July for the first 2 years; 50% in the 3rd year; 100% starting from the 4th year. Performance-based bonus program: Bonuses every 6 months based on performance. Shift: Rotating — availability required to alternate among morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
