Job Summary: ADP is seeking an RPA intern to work in a multinational environment, developing and enhancing automation systems for the company’s key solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to work on LATAM projects ADP is seeking an **intern** to join our RPA (Robotic Process Automation) team. As part of our internship program, you will have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment and learn from top talents, collaborating with various teams across our organization. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support the team responsible for developing automation systems (RPA) for ADP’s core portfolio solutions, playing a critical role in improving our services for the market * Create and manage code repositories on GitHub. * Maintain user accounts: new registrations, deactivations, and user modifications. * Assist in monitoring and sustaining our production automations using quality and efficiency KPIs; always under team guidance. * Contribute to identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency in automated processes. * Support the development of new automations, learning from experienced professionals. * LATAM involvement: projects include Argentina, Chile, and Peru. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in one of the following programs: IT or related fields such as systems analysis, systems development, process automation, or database management. * Familiarity with C# programming language is desirable. * Minimum of two years remaining until graduation (expected graduation from 2027/2 onward). * Enrolled in evening classes or available to switch to this schedule. * Available to work at the office three times per week. * Available to work six hours per day, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. **What We’re Looking For:** * Curiosity and eagerness to learn: Genuine interest in technology, data, and automation, with a desire to grow in this field. * Logical reasoning: Ability to analyze problems and devise structured solutions, even without extensive hands-on experience. * Proactivity: Initiative to seek information, suggest improvements, and engage with diverse team challenges. * Clear communication: Ability to express ideas effectively, ask questions, and seek help when needed. * Teamwork: Enjoys collaborating, listening to diverse perspectives, and co-creating solutions with colleagues from various disciplines. * Organization: Capable of planning and balancing academic and internship demands, tracking tasks and learnings. * Attention to detail: Ensures information quality and reviews own work, even for simple tasks. * Openness to feedback: Views team feedback as a growth opportunity and is willing to learn from mistakes. **What We Offer:** * A collaborative environment and opportunities for development across multiple areas. * Mentorship and close support for your professional growth. * The chance to participate in real-world projects and develop both technical and behavioral skills. **A little about ADP:** We are a comprehensive global provider of cloud-based human capital management (HCM) solutions that unite HR, payroll, talent, time, tax and benefits administration and a leader in business outsourcing services, analytics, and compliance expertise.
