**Position: Sales Closer** **Location:** Medical and Plastic Surgery Clinic – South Sector – Goiânia **Requirements:** * Prior experience in medical or plastic surgery clinics is preferred; * Proven track record of closing high-value sales against challenging targets; * Proficiency in CRM and WhatsApp; * Empathetic communication and mastery of negotiation techniques. **Responsibilities:** * Quotation and closing: Prepare and send quotations, and finalize sales; * Negotiation: Address objections and agree on payment terms; * Follow-up: Reactivate patients who did not close immediately; * Management: Organize the sales pipeline and contracts in the CRM. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM **Compensation:** R$3.000 (R$2.500 CLT + Hazard Pay + Attendance Bonus + Transportation Allowance) + Commissions per closed sale **Estimated monthly earnings exceeding R$10.000**
