Driven by innovation, quality, and sustainability, we develop products for diverse industries, always focusing on excellence, safety, and building a better future for our customers, partners, and employees. **Responsibilities:** * + Lead the private-label product portfolio strategy (cornmeal, flours, and popcorn); + Analyze commercial KPIs—including sell\-in, sell\-out, mix, margin, and turnover—and propose actions to boost sales; + Monitor the market, competition, and consumer trends; + Identify opportunities for new product development and portfolio optimization; + Align commercial strategies with consumer demand; + Collaborate with Marketing, PCP, Research \& Development (R\&D), and Operations teams; + Develop strategic analyses to support Commercial department decision-making. **Required Qualifications:** * + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Production Engineering, Economics, or related fields; + Experience in Commercial Intelligence, Trade Marketing, or Portfolio Strategy; + Experience in the consumer goods sector; + Knowledge of commercial KPIs (sell\-in, sell\-out, mix, margin, etc.); + Analytical mindset with strategic market vision; + Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. **Benefits** * Profit Sharing Program (PPR) Meal Allowance * On\-site Meals * Medical Assistance * * Dental Plan Life Insurance * Wellhub * Pluxee Cuida * Company Shuttle or Transportation Allowance * Tuition Reimbursement * * Courses and Training
