We are seeking a Project Coordinator responsible for ensuring the delivery of services contracted by our customers, monitoring schedules, quality, and outcomes. Here, you will lead, mobilize, and develop your team, ensuring efficient project execution, customer satisfaction, and achievement of TOTVS’s financial goals. Responsibilities and Duties * Conduct meetings and ensure transparency in project management, keeping all stakeholders aligned; * Act as the owner of projects and services, strengthening interdepartmental relationships and pursuing continuous process improvements; * Manage the full service lifecycle—timeline, cost, and scope—to ensure accurate and sustainable deliveries; * Manage project revenues, costs, and risks, always focusing on performance and results; * Collaborate with the commercial team to identify opportunities and support strategic negotiations; * Maintain a consultative and commercial perspective, presenting new solutions and ensuring continuous revenue generation with customers; * Monitor productivity indicators, NPS, and margin to ensure goal attainment and customer satisfaction; * Master the TOTVS Implementation Methodology, ensuring high-quality deliveries and complete project documentation; * Lead, develop, and retain the team, providing consistent feedback and fostering team growth; * Support partner hiring and management, adhering to current channel policies; * Serve as a guardian of organizational climate, inspiring the team and connecting people to TOTVS’s strategy. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed undergraduate degree; postgraduate studies, specialization, or MBA preferred—ideally in the business area of operation; * Solid knowledge of the industry segment; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; * Advanced experience with MS Project; * Knowledge of PMI methodologies; * Ability to classify and prioritize requests using the GUT matrix (Gravity, Urgency, Trend); * Understanding of departmental tactical indicators to enable strategic analysis and data-driven decisions. 2511120202181861843
