Monitor combustion efficiency and gas consumption indicators to optimize energy costs. Ensure full compliance with NR\-13, coordinating inspections, safety valve testing, and burner maintenance. Manage chemical treatment of boiler feedwater (softening/descaling). Supervise physicochemical processes (flotation/decantation) to remove suspended solids and fibers from recycling. Monitor biological treatment processes, controlling parameters such as BOD, COD, pH, and temperature. Manage sludge disposal and seek alternatives to reduce fresh water consumption through reuse in production processes. Ensure final effluent is 100% compliant with environmental regulations. Lead control room and field operator teams, promoting technical and safety training. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance shutdowns for utility equipment (pumps, air compressors, cooling towers, and fans).
