Therefore, we must grow every day—and, in doing so, bring even more people onto our team. **WE INVITE YOU TO JOIN FGR**, a company specializing in residential horizontal condominiums, established in the real estate market by guaranteeing and delivering the highest quality of life in its Gardens. **TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields * Experience with land subdivision and land regularization processes * Knowledge of urban, environmental, and registry legislation * Experience with approvals from public agencies and utility providers * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel * Experience with electronic protocol systems and process tracking **BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:** * Ability to self-manage and organize multiple processes * Proactivity and ownership mindset when handling tasks * Agility in resolving problems and overcoming obstacles * Clear, structured, and assertive communication with diverse audiences * Skill in building relationships with external and internal stakeholders * Resilience when facing process complexity and deadlines **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Prior experience in real estate development or land subdivision companies * Experience with registration of subdivisions and real estate development projects * Existing relationships with public agencies and notary offices **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Technically monitor land regularization and real estate registration processes, ensuring compliance with current legislation * Lead and monitor approval processes with public agencies and utility providers (e.g., municipal governments, notary offices, environmental agencies, etc.) * Critically analyze technical, legal, and urban documents to identify risks and inconsistencies * Support the structuring and continuous improvement of approval workflows, aiming for efficiency and standardization * Prepare reports, controls, and performance indicators for process tracking * Collaborate with internal departments (Engineering, Legal, Sales, Projects) to ensure information alignment Location: **FGR Incorporações Headquarters \| Avenida Primeira Avenida s/n \- Cidade Empresarial Condominium, Aparecida de Goiânia \- GO.
