It offers services that help businesses optimize their online presence and increase sales. **Responsibilities:** Support the installation and preventive/corrective maintenance of multifunction printers and scanners. Conduct technical fault diagnostics on printing devices. Provide on-site technical assistance to customers. Perform network configurations and install drivers on Windows operating systems. Carry out cleaning and replacement of parts and components. Previous experience as a Support Technician, Engineering Assistant, Technical Assistant, or Support Analyst may indicate suitability for some of the activities in this position. High school diploma required.
