To help drive the tech ecosystem with us, learn more about the Senior Technology Manifesto. **ABOUT THE CHALLENGE:** We’re looking for a software developer to work on the UAU ERP system—a management solution tailored specifically for the Construction industry, particularly the Controller product. Candidates must demonstrate strong logical reasoning, teamwork skills, and the ability to devise simple, rapid solutions in an agile ERP development environment rich in business rules. You’ll join an agile squad focused on continuous improvement, bug fixes, and developing new features for the product. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** Participate in agile ceremonies with your team (daily stand-ups, planning, reviews). Participate in projects maintaining the current legacy VB6 system (ERP). Participate in system migration projects from VB6 to C# (MVVM). Use Visual Studio along with version control tools (Merge, conflict resolution, Check-in, Checkout).
