Your main responsibilities and duties include: **Customer Service and Sales** * **Greet customers** attentively, warmly, and energetically, ensuring a light and welcoming experience. * **Present the menu** confidently, clearly explaining dishes, combos, and daily specials. * **Accurately and efficiently register orders** in the system. * **Operate the cash register**, when required, responsibly and with results-oriented focus. * **Suggest additional items** consultatively to increase the store’s average transaction value. **Store Organization and Support** * **Set up and prepare the dining area** before each shift: tables, utensils, beverages, and stations neatly arranged. * **Monitor expiration dates**, consumption levels, and restocking needs for dining-area items. * **Assist with organizing and cleaning** common areas throughout the workday. * **Accompany customers** throughout their entire journey, attending to details that shape their experience. **Kitchen Coordination** * Maintain **active and effective communication** with the kitchen to ensure timely, standardized, and high-quality deliveries. * **Assist in picking up and delivering dishes**, contributing to smooth operational flow. * **Notify leadership** of any inconsistencies or points requiring attention in order preparation. **Results and Experience** * Focus on achieving **sales targets** and delivering exceptional service. * **Monitor the dining area**, anticipate needs, and resolve issues promptly. * **Contribute to a well-aligned, fluid operation** with consistently high performance standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** We seek a professional aligned with our purpose and possessing the following qualifications: * **Organizational Values:** **Discipline** that strengthens us, **Safety** in every action, **Gratitude** that connects us, **Energy** that inspires. * **Technical Skills:** A **communicative person**, with **active listening** and **genuine empathy** in customer interactions. * **Behavioral Skills:** Organized, disciplined, and able to keep pace with operations. * **Knowledge:** Keen to learn **sales techniques** and contribute to team results.
