Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized professional to support the maintenance and organization of facilities, as well as provide assistance for internal administrative and logistical routines. Opportunity for those who adapt easily and enjoy working across different areas **Main Responsibilities** * Support the organization and upkeep of facilities (indoor and outdoor) * Monitor and assist with maintenance services (electrical, plumbing, cleaning, etc.) * Manage and replenish common-use supplies (cleaning, pantry, and office) * Assist in organizing meeting rooms, reception areas, and common spaces * Support administrative department requests (simple document organization, assistance with internal routines, recordkeeping) * Assist with internal logistics (space organization, minor relocations, team support) * Ensure a functional, clean, and organized environment for all staff **Requirements** * Completed high school education * Proactive, organized, and hands-on profile * Attention to detail and strong organizational sense * Good communication skills to interact with various departments * Ability to support both operational and administrative tasks **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in facilities management, general services, administration, or maintenance * Familiarity with administrative routines **Profile We Are Seeking** Someone who **adapts easily, takes initiative, and enjoys solving problems**.
